Sitting in with Amlung's orchestra must have been a huge honor.<br /><br />Ramsey, I found this reference to Jack Amlung's playing at the Baker: The Baker's 11th floor offered the celebrated roof garden with its expansive hardwood dance floor and a band area where Lawrence Welk, the JACK AMLUNG ORCHESTRA and others performed.
